SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a solid background in IT project management, and a proven ability to engage stakeholders while driving results in fast-paced environments.

DESCRIPTION

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, manage changes, risks, and issues proactively.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Ensure the quality and performance of project deliverables meet client and organizational standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to management.
• Facilitate project post-mortems and continuous improvement activities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and integrate relevant innovations into project strategies when feasible.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Manager
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• Hands-on experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to projects involving AI/LLM technologies is a strong plus.


Certifications:

• PMP®, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent certifications.


Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
